General Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between NewAppAI and its customers for any order of products or services placed via this site.
2. Orders
Any order placed on this site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The order is validated upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided when ordering.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). NewAppAI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is that in effect at the time of validation of the order.
4. Payment
Payment is made online via Stripe, a secure payment platform. Bank card details do not pass through our servers. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard and American Express bank cards. Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd, as a payment service provider authorised in the European Union). Your bank details are transmitted directly to Stripe securely and are neither stored nor accessible to Premium à juste prix. Stripe may transfer certain data outside the European Union in the context of contractual safeguards compliant with the GDPR.
4bis. VAT
Prices shown are in euros including all taxes (TTC). Premium a juste prix is subject to VAT; VAT number: FR57 980 127 591.
5. Delivery
For dematerialized products (software, licenses, access), delivery is made by email within 24 working hours after validation of payment.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. To exercise this right, contact us at: contact@newappai.com. This right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a dematerialized medium, the execution of which has begun after prior agreement and express waiver of the customer.
7. Guarantees
Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
8. Liability
NewAppAI cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or services. NewAppAI's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first at contact@newappai.com. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
